Essential oils

What are essential oils?

Oils produced from herbs by natural distillation have a more substantial effect than simple extracts. Essential oils are diluted in oil, emulsion or cream. Furthermore, they can be inhaled or used to scent a room. They are selected according to their properties or the desired effect, regardless of any specific condition, after making sure that there are no adverse effects, such as allergic reactions to the particular essential oil and that the person receiving the essential oil treatment has no objection to the oil to be used. Essential oil treatments can be combined with muscle massage or other techniques to achieve better results in less time.
