Herbal extracts
What are herbal extracts?
Herbal extracts usually come from herbs that do not produce essential oil. The herb gradually infuses its components into a neutral oil or an alcoholic solution, which can also be applied in a creamy form for external use, depending on the desired properties.
Herbal extracts are rich in antioxidants, have anti-inflammatory properties and strengthen the immune system. The extracts can come from spices, herbs, flowers, roots, etc. Some indicative examples of herbal extracts include arnica, lavender, chamomile, olive leaves, calendula, rose, basil, bay leaves, etc.
