From 1996 to 2000 I provided chiropractic services, such as massage, shiatsu and reflexology, and at the same time I worked as a shiatsu instructor at the free studies workshop and biosensory institute Dagedo of Maria Dolores Friaz Lopez in Athens.
During the summers 2008 to 2021 and 2023 I worked with various hotels, the Mykonos Alternative Health Center, the Paraga Beach Hostel & Camping, the Spa Yacht & Villa Services and the Nouveau Lash & Brow Bar Ornos beauty center in Mykonos. There, I provided professional chiropractic services such as massage, shiatsu, reflexology and bioenergy to visitors and people working on the island. In 2015 and 2016, I participated in the Therapy Planet Festival, a festival conference focused on psychotherapy, personal development methods and natural alternative therapies, at the Therapy Planet Festival Athens 2015 and Therapy Planet Festival Crete 2016, in Athens and Crete, respectively. There, I presented chiropractic techniques such as massage, shiatsu and reflexology to the event guests and provided them with free sessions to experience these techniques firsthand.
In 2016, I participated in the Woman 2Day Festival 2016 in Athens, a conference/festival dedicated to the role of women in modern times and the issues that concern them. My presence there included presentation sessions where I mainly applied Shiatsu therapeutic massage and reflexology techniques to facial treatments in a way that aims to reduce tension, rejuvenate, tighten and maintain the natural elasticity of muscle tissue.
I am based in Athens and serve the prefecture of Attica and adjacent areas outside Attica and Mykonos during the tourist season, mainly between August and October.
